Catholic School Funds

In honor of their devotion and support of Catholic schools, the Dr. Harry B. and Eva McGee Endowment Fund for All Saints Central High School was created to provide tuition assistance to students attending All Saints Central High School or to assist with other expenses.

The Auburn Area Catholic School Endowment Fund was established to provide assistance to students and faculty to assure the highest quality Catholic education to Auburn area youth.

The Bay Area Catholic School Endowment Fund was established to provide assistance to students and faculty to assure the highest quality Catholic education to Auburn area youth.

To honor their parents’ lifelong passion for Catholic education, Dr. Donald and Nanette Campbell created the Campbell Family Endowment Fund for Bay Area Catholic Schools.

The Martha S. Roulund Memorial Fund for Bay Area Catholic Schools was established as an everlasting legacy to Ms. Roulund’s love of children and her desire to ensure that Catholic School education be available to families who need financial assistance. The funds are earmarked for tuition assistance and technology at St. James Catholic School and All Saints Central Middle and High School.

The Peter and Sue Anne Kirchman Endowment Fund for Bay Area Catholic Schools was created to provide the highest quality Catholic education to Bay Area Catholic School students.

To honor his love of music and work with the Men’s Choir at St. Stanislaus Church in Bay City, the Aloysius Ryzcek Endowment Fund to Support Bay Area Catholic Schools was established to contribute to the schools’ music programs or other needs.

The Zaplitny Family Endowment Fund for the Bay Area Catholic Schools (All Saints Central High School) was created to support Catholic education at All Saints Central High School.

The Blessed Sacrament Catholic School Endowment Fund was created to provide tuition and scholarships for students, supplement salaries, fund professional development programs as well as marketing expenses. Monies are also earmarked for recruitment and college assistance.

To support Catholic education programs throughout the Diocese of Saginaw.

The Most Reverend Kenneth E. Untener Catholic School Education Endowment Fund was created to supplement teacher salaries in the Diocese of Saginaw and provide tuition assistance and scholarships for students graduating from Catholic high schools in the Diocese.

The Donna M. Sammons Endowment Fund for Catholic Education was created to honor Donna’s loving parents, Ann and Milan Cittel. It was established to support Catholic education in the Saginaw Diocese by funding education for lay ministers and seminarians and supporting Diocesan Catholic schools.

Frederick and Luciana Horak established the Horak Family Advised Fund for Catholic Education to provide support for Catholic education. It was established to honor the memory of their children, Frederick and Natalie Horak.

The William P. & L. Marjorie Falsey Memorial Endowment Fund for Catholic Education was created by the children of William P. & L. Marjorie Falsey. The fund will be used to contribute to the high quality of Catholic education in the Saginaw Diocese.

The Diocese of Saginaw Catholic Education Endowment Fund was created in honor of Bishop Kenneth Untener, who supported Catholic education for people of all ages.

Fr. Heyden deeply valued the Catholic Faith and Catholic Education.The Reverend Reinerus Vander Heyden Diocese of Saginaw Advised Fund honors Fr. Heyden by supporting Catholic schools.

The Gilbert & Adelaide Heller Endowment Fund was created in loving memory of the parents of Fr. James Heller. The purpose of this fund is to provide assistance to specified Catholic institutions in the Saginaw Diocese.

In recognition of his great love of Catholic schools and his great esteem for Catholic school teachers, the Most Reverend Bishop Robert J. Carlson School Teacher Endowment Fund was created to supplement salaries for teachers in Catholic schools in the Diocese of Saginaw.

The Nouvel Catholic Central Elementary Athletic Association Endowment Fund was established to supplement athletic programs offered through Nouvel Catholic Central Elementary School.

The Nouvel Catholic Central Faculty Professional Development Fund was established to reimburse the principal and teachers at Nouvel Catholic High School for professional development classes and/pr seminars.

The Nouvel Catholic Central High School Faculty Endowment Fund supplements salaries for the Nouvel Catholic Central High School principal, teachers and staffs.

The Northwest Kiwanis Scholarship Endowment Fund for Seniors of Nouvel Catholic Central High School was created to provide tuition assistance to seniors that are successful in their academic efforts. There is a set of criteria to be used to determine if a student is eligible.

The St. Mary’s Catholic School Alumni Endowment Fund for Nouvel Catholic Central High School was created to provide tuition assistance to East Side Catholic school students wishing to attend Nouvel Catholic Central High School and to supplement the general operating expenses for Nouvel.

The Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic School Endowment Fund was created to provide the highest quality Catholic education to Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic School, as well as to provide college assistance to students graduating from Catholic High Schools in the Diocese of Saginaw, MI.

Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School Endowment Fund was created to support tuition assistance, scholarships, and college funding for Catholic High School students, as well as supplies and training for faculty and staff.

Ann and Richard Blazejewski had a special place in their hearts for children with physical and mental disabilities. The Ann and Richard Blazejewski Endowment Fund for Religious Education for Children with Special Needs provides children with special needs tuition assistance and scholarships for religious education; as well as training for the DREs, CREs, and catechists who work with the children.

The Sacred Heart (Elementary) Academy Endowment Fund was created to provide the highest quality Catholic education to Sacred Heart Academy Elementary students, in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, and to provide college assistance to students graduating from Catholic High Schools in the Diocese of Saginaw, MI.

Sacred Heart Catholic School Endowment Fund (Gladwin) was created to support tuition assistance, scholarships, and college funding for Catholic High School students, as well as supplies and training for faculty and staff.

The Sacred Heart (Junior/Senior High) Academy Endowment Fund (Mt. Pleasant) was created to provide the highest quality Catholic education to Sacred Heart Academy Junior and Senior High School students, and to provide college assistance to students graduating from Catholic High Schools in the Diocese of Saginaw, MI.

The Legacy of Faith Endowment Fund for Saginaw and Bay City Area Catholic Schools was created to provide teacher endowments, tuition assistance, and assistance for capital expenditures for Catholic schools in the Saginaw and Bay areas. It was funded to ensure that faith in Jesus Christ would continue to be passed down to generations.

In honor of the memory of their daughter Francesca, James II and Kelly Fabiano created the Francesca Fabiano Advised Fund for Saginaw Area Catholic Schools to provide support to the Saginaw Area Catholic Schools.

The Special Needs Education Endowment was established to support Special Needs Education programs throughout the Diocese of Saginaw.

SS Peter & Paul Parish created the SS Peter & Paul Catholic Education Endowment Fund to support Religious Education Programs and Catholic Educational programs for the children of SS Peter & Paul Parish.

SS Peter & Paul Saginaw Catholic School Endowment Fund was created to support tuition assistance, scholarships, and college funding for Catholic High School students, as well as supplies and training for faculty and staff.

St. Anne Catholic School Endowment Fund was created to support tuition assistance, scholarships, and college funding for Catholic High School students, as well as supplies and training for faculty and staff.

The St. Brigid of Kildare Catholic School Endowment Fund was created to provide the highest quality Catholic education to St. Brigid School students, in Midland, Michigan as well providing college assistance to students graduating from Catholic High Schools in the Diocese of Saginaw, MI.

The James Cardinal Hickey Educational Endowment Fund for St. Brigid School was created to assist in maintaining the high quality of education at St. Brigid School.

St. Cecilia Catholic School Endowment Fund was created to improve the quality of Catholic Education in Clare, Michigan through the religious, charitable, and educational programs and ministries of St. Cecilia Parish.

The St. Elizabeth Catholic School Endowment Fund was created to provide the highest quality Catholic education to St. Elizabeth School students, in Reese, Michigan and to provide college assistance to students graduating from Catholic High Schools in the Diocese of Saginaw, MI.

St. Helen Catholic School Endowment Fund was created to support tuition assistance, scholarships, and college funding for Catholic High School students, as well as supplies and training for faculty and staff.

The Clemens Ulfig Endowment was established to further the religious, charitable, or educational programs at St. Isidore Parish and to assist in capital expenditures and/or improvements of St. Isidore Parish.

St. John the Evangelist Catholic School Endowment Fund was created to support tuition assistance, scholarships, and college funding for Catholic High School students, as well as supplies and training for faculty and staff.

The St. Josaphat Catholic Education Endowment Fund was created to provide for religious education needs for the children of St. Josaphat in Carrollton, Michigan.

The St. Joseph the Worker Catholic School Endowment Fund was created to provide the highest quality Catholic education to St. Joseph the Worker School students, in Beal City, Michigan and to provide college assistance to students graduating from Catholic High Schools in the Diocese of Saginaw, Michigan.

The Olszewski Family Memorial Endowment Fund for Scholarships to St. Mary Catholic School provides scholarships to students who hope to attend St. Mary Catholic School in Alma, Michigan.

The St. Mary Catholic School Endowment Fund was created to provide the highest quality Catholic education to St. Mary School students, in Alma, Michigan and to provide college assistance to students graduating from Catholic High Schools in the Diocese of Saginaw, MI.

The St. Michael Catholic School Endowment Fund was created to provide the highest quality Catholic education to St. Michael Catholic School students and to provide college assistance to students graduating from Catholic High Schools in the Diocese of Saginaw, Michigan.

Lifelong supporters of St. Michael Church and School in Pinconning, Michigan, Bill and Stella Matijega created the William J. and Stella H. Matijega Advised St. Michael Parish Fund as a charitable giving account for the needs of the parish.

St. Stanislaus Catholic School Endowment Fund was created to support tuition assistance, scholarships, and college funding for Catholic High School students, as well as supplies and training for faculty and staff.

St. Stephen Catholic School Endowment Fund was created to support tuition assistance, scholarships, and college funding for Catholic High School students, as well as supplies and training for faculty and staff.

St. Valentine Catholic School Endowment Fund was created to support tuition assistance, scholarships, and college funding for Catholic high school students, as well as supplies and training for faculty and staff.

The Thomas F. James Memorial Leadership Award Endowment Fund recognizes a deserving student in each of the sophomore, junior, and senior classes at Nouvel Catholic Central High School each year. The student recognized will have demonstrated leadership capability, guided by Christian values in his or her community. The recognized student’s name will be added to a plaque, and they will receive a $50 savings bond in their name.
