CCFMM Endowed Fund

AKA: The Father Lawrence M. Pashak Endowment for the Catholic Community Foundation of Mid-Michigan

The Father Lawrence M. Pashak Endowment for the Catholic Community Foundation of Mid-Michigan was established in 2011 in memory of Fr. Larry Pashak. Fr. Larry served as priest in the Diocese of Saginaw for almost 50 years. His many assignments included assistant pastor at St. Anne Parish in Alpena, St. Hyacinth Parish in Bay City, and Cathedral of Mary of the Assumption in Saginaw. He also served as pastor at St. Philip Neri Parish in Coleman, St. Anne Parish in Edenville, St. Mary Parish in Hemlock, St. Mark Parish in Au Gres, St. Hyacinth Parish in Bay City, and St. Agnes Parish in Freeland. During his years in ministry, Fr. Pashak was a teacher and counselor at Catholic Central High School in Alpena, vice chancellor and chancellor of the diocese, chaplain of the Knights of Columbus on the diocesan and state level, and chaplain for the Michigan State Police.

Fr. Pashak’s love for ministry is what inspired him to start a fund that supports the ongoing operations of the Catholic Community Foundation of Mid-Michigan. It is our goal to honor Fr. Pashak by growing the fund so the Foundation can continue to thrive and serve God’s people for decades to come.

Help us reach our goal of $25,000 for the future of the Foundation.
