The Bay County Catholic Women and Men Perpetual Care Endowment Fund was established in 2007 to provide a monthly stipend to the Bishop of the Diocese of Saginaw, MI. The funds will be used to celebrate, during a monthly Mass, the living and deceased perpetual members of the Bay County League of Catholic Women and Men.
