Parish Funds

The Bay County Catholic Women and Men Perpetual Care Endowment Fund provides for a monthly Mass to be celebrated for the living and deceased members of the Bay County League of Catholic Women and Men.

The Blessed Sacrament Parish Endowment Fund promotes the religious, charitable or educational programs of the parish; enhancements to the parish, and promotion and marketing of the Fund.

The Endowment Fund for the Cathedral Parish in the Diocese of Saginaw was established to assist in the operational needs of the Parish. It is open for donations.

The Father Klimas Endowment for the Cathedral Parish honors Fr. Klimas’ long service to the Diocese and his desire to forever support the ministries and programs of the Cathedral Parish.

Whether they are experiencing financial difficulties or working on special projects, the Poor Parish Endowment Fund makes sure parishes within the Diocese of Saginaw have the funding they need.

The Gilbert & Adelaide Heller Endowment Fund was created in loving memory of the parents of Fr. James Heller. The purpose of this fund is to provide assistance to specified Catholic institutions in the Saginaw Diocese.

The Helen C. Jenuwine Advised Fund for Holy Family Parish was created to honor Helen’s positive contributions to Holy Family Parish in Saginaw, Michigan by establishing a fund to provide grants for Parish needs.

The Holy Spirit Parish Endowment Fund was created to help the Parish live its Mission by furthering Parish religious, charitable, and educational ministries and augmenting Parish capital expenditures and/or improvements.

The Holy Trinity Parish Fund was established to support the Parish’s religious, charitable, and educational programs and ministries and augment capital expenditures and/or improvements.

The Perpetual Endowment Fund for the Poor Souls in Purgatory provides support and monthly Masses for the poor souls in Purgatory, at the Bishop’s discretion.

The Sacred Heart Gladwin Parish Advised Fund was created to help with the financial needs of the parish and also to assist the needy and vulnerable of Gladwin, MI.

The Sacred Heart Parish Endowment Fund, Merrill, Michigan, was created to provide for the religious, educational, and charitable needs of the parish. It may also help with parish capital expenditures/improvements.

During his long career in the Diocese of Saginaw, Fr. Charles Ganley ministered to Catholics in eight parishes. The Fr. Charles Ganley Memorial Endowment Fund was established to support Masses for the souls in Purgatory.

The St. Boniface Endowment Fund, Bay City, Michigan, was created to provide for the religious, educational, and charitable needs of the parish. It may also help with parish capital expenditures/improvements.

St. Cecilia Catholic School Endowment Fund was created to improve the quality of Catholic Education in Clare, Michigan through the religious, charitable, and educational programs and ministries of St. Cecilia Parish.

The Philomena Marie Falls Endowment Fund was established to honor the memory and commitment of Philomena Falls to her beloved St. Denis Church in Lexington, MI. This fund helps St. Denis parishioners by providing assistance for numerous parish programs: Church camp scholarships, church library, mission work, buliding and reparing housing, religious education and scholarships.

The Charlotte Eickholt Pressprich Memorial Endowment Fund for St. Helen Parish, Saginaw, Michigan, is earmarked for the needs of the parish as well as continuing education, sabbaticals and specialized training for priests.

The St. James Parish Endowment Fund, Bay City, Michigan, was created to provide for the religious, educational, and charitable needs of the parish. It may also help with parish capital expenditures/improvements.

The St. John the Evangelist Parish Endowment Fund, Essexville, Michigan, was created to help with the religious, educational, and charitable needs of the parish. It may also help with parish capital expenditures/improvements.

The St. Joseph Parish Endowment Fund, Saginaw, Michigan, was created to help with the religious, educational, and charitable needs of the parish. It may also help with parish capital expenditures/improvements.

The Hausbeck Family Endowment Fund for St. Mary Cathedral Church of Saginaw, Michigan, honors the family’s long-time commitment to the Cathedral Parish by providing financial support for the Cathedral church and assistance with Parish operational needs.

Gregory Palka truly loved St. Michael’s Church in Pinconning, MI, and thus established The Palka Endowment Fund for St. Michael Church, to meet its spiritual and financial needs now and in the future. Should the Church close at any time, funds are to be used for the perpetual care of St. Michael’s Cemetery, Pinconning.

Lifelong supporters of St. Michael Church and School in Pinconning, Michigan, Bill and Stella Matijega created the William J. and Stella H. Matijega Advised St. Michael Parish Fund as a charitable giving account for the needs of the parish.

Victoria Salois was a devoted member of Sacred Heart Parish in Pinconning, MI. The Carl and Victoria Salois Memorial Endowment Fund for St. Michael School, Pinconning, Michigan, was created to memorialize Victoria’s church service by supporting St. Michael School, Pinconning, MI.

The Joseph Habina Family Advised Fund was established as a memorial to Joseph Habina and the Habina Family, who were devoted to St. Norbert’s Catholic Church in Munger, MI. It provides support for special St. Norbert Church projects.

Frederick R. Murawski lived a life of service and made his parish a priority. The Frederick R. Murawski Memorial Endowment Fund for St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church is intended to supplement the financial needs of the parish’s sacramental ministry.

The St. Stanislaus Parish Endowment Fund, Bay City, Michigan, was created to help with the religious, educational, and charitable needs of the parish. It may also help with parish capital expenditures/improvements.

The Raymond & Monica Schultz Fund was established to honor this couple’s long-term, active involvement in St. Stephen Catholic Church (now St. Dominic) in Saginaw, MI. It provides funding for: tuition assistance for parishioners who wish to attend Nouvel Catholic Central Elementary and/or High School; religious education for all ages; Parish programs for youth; Parish child-care; capital improvements in the parish.
