Ruth Regina Halcli was a woman who possessed much strength, kindness, beauty and courage. She found great pleasure in the simple things of life and walked daily with the Lord. She dedicated her life to the ones she loved and very generously gave and supported others in their time of need. The Ruth Regina Halcli Memorial Advised Fund is being created by Ruth’s daughter, Mary Lou Feldotte, to honor such a special woman. The fund will be used to support projects and ministries that were important to Ruth Regina Halcli and her family.
