In accordance with the teachings of Jesus Christ, the Care for the Poor Endowment Fund was established to provide assistance for the poor within the Diocese of Saginaw and beyond to include the entire world. Without regard to race, sex, residence or religious affiliation, The Care for the Poor Fund seeks to assist all people who are hungry or are victims from natural disasters
